Australian Consumer Law

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, we may offer you a refund, store credit or replacement product if the product you receive from us has a major fault, is not fit for purpose or not as we have described.

If the fault with the product is minor, we may (at our election) offer to repair the product rather than provide you with a refund, store credit or replacement product. 

You will not be entitled to a refund, store credit, replacement product or repairs if you have damaged or misused the product or modified it in any way after purchase from us.

We may also elect to return the product to the manufacturer or their repair agent to determine the nature of the problem.

Please note that refunds, exchanges or store credit for the following may be refused in our discretion:

  • Change of mind; and
  • Custom orders.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many of the products we offer on this website are covered by manufacturer’s warranties, the terms of which vary depending on the product.   

Warranties are limited in time and the time period also varies depending on the manufacturer.   

Please contact us if you have an enquiry in relation to a particular product and whether a warranty applies and/or the term of any such warranty.

We do not make any representation or promise that any warranty or warranties apply to specific products listed on this website except where we expressly state that a warranty applies.

Manufacturers’ warranties are separate from and in addition to the consumer guarantees referred to above provided under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a warranty does apply, you may also have the option to liaise with the manufacturer directly in the event of a problem.  We will assist you in that process if necessary.

How to Return

In person or by post (at your expense*).

*If the product is too large, heavy or difficult to move please conduct us to arrange shipping or collection (which may be at our expense, if applicable).

We require proof of purchase (our invoice/receipt or bank/credit card statement) with all returns.
