Delivery Policy

Delivery Options

We will send your order by Australia Post (standard delivery) unless you contact us by telephone or email to arrange an alternative delivery method (eg courier).

There is also an option to collect your order from our Batemans Bay store during business hours. Any orders not collected within 21 days may be cancelled at our discretion.

We deliver products to P.O. Boxes (excluding bulky items or dangerous goods).  Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide international shipping.

If you authorise the carrier to leave your delivery in a safe place (if not one is available to sign for the delivery), you do so at your own risk and we accept no liability for any loss or damage incurred as a result.  Please note that if the carrier believes the location is not secure, they will not leave the delivery unattended and will advise you of alternatives (re-delivery or collection).

We are not responsible for any delay, late delivery or failure to deliver or damage caused to an order for which the carrier is responsible.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary especially during peak times and as a result of the fluctuating Covid-19 situation.  When using standard delivery, we do not guarantee delivery times.  Please check the Australia Post website for delivery updates and information regarding delays.

If your order is urgent or required within a specific timeframe, please contact us by telephone or email prior to placing the order.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees may vary depending on the size and weight of the product as well as your delivery address. 

Courier fees will be advised if you contact us to arrange delivery by courier.
